Overall I'm a pretty optimistic person, but sometimes the world looks awfully dim.

I've been noticing over the past few years that the weather on the prairies has been more variable and a bit warmer, not such a bad thing.
The next question is, what can an average joe do? It's a huge problem, and I'm not certain what I can personally do about it.
